Fuel Purchase endpoints now support Fluidsecure & Fleetcor as payment sources
With this update, Motive supports Fluidsecure and Fleetcore, as the payment source for the following fuel purchase endpoints:
Vehicle endpoints will now include CARB details in the responses
The following vehicle endpoints' responses are now updated to include CARB (California Air Resources Board) details.
New v2 Vehicle Utilization endpoint
We have added a new endpoint which is the v2 of the vehicle utilization API.
New endpoint for listing reefer's sensor samples
We have added a new endpoint that allows customers to list an asset's (reefer) sensor samples.
New endpoints for fetching and updating reefer temperature thresholds
We have now added 2 new endpoints in the Company Webhooks category for fetching and updating your reefer's temperature thresholds.
New endpoint for viewing reefer activity data
Added the new public endpoint GET /v1/reefer_activity_data to retrieve the most recent reefer activity across your fleet for all assets or a selected list, with filters for asset_ids (up to 100), reefer_state (on/off), and updated_after, and results sorted by updated_at in descending order.
Updates to Driver Performance Events V2 endpoint
The Driver Performance Event V2 is now updated to support aggregated events such as Lane Swerving.
Aggregated Driver Performance v2 Webhook
We have now added a v2 Webhook called the Aggregated Driver Performance event.
New endpoint for the assigning a driver to an unidentified driving period
This endpoint enables fleets to programmatically assign a driver to unidentified driving periods (UDEs: Unidentified Driver Events, DPEs: Driver Pending Events) within Motive, streamlining integrations with third-party driver-vehicle assignment systems and improving data quality for compliance and safety analytics.
New endpoints for controlling the dashcam camera
The Camera Control Job endpoints allow the Fleet Managers/Fleet Admins to programmatically and remotely turn ON or turn OFF an installed Dashcam of a vehicle.
Since Motive Dashcams record both driver-facing and road-facing views, these controls allow companies to respect the privacy of their drivers during the non-working hours, as well as to follow operational policies, and event-specific needs.
