Purpose: Use this endpoint to unlock the Motive card for a default duration of 30 minutes. Temporary unlocking (for 30 minutes) allows controlled usage by the cardholder, reducing the risk of prolonged exposure to misuse.
Lock and unlock features support workflows where cards should only be usable at specific times or for specific purposes, aligning with fleet management best practices.
NOTE
The action of "unlocking" a Motive card, can be performed by both the dispatchers or the drivers via the Driver's app.
To allow your drivers to unlock the Motive card from the mobile devices, you must enable the Mobile-based card unlock feature.
